1. Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

  • We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.


3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic (U.S. AND U.K) Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–27 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Currently we don't offer international shipping 


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the Worldwide

  • Some items (e.g., trading card boxes) may have shipping restrictions based on distributor or manufacturer guidelines.


6. Delays & Issues

  • Hobby is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
